Shipping
We usually endeavour to dispatch your items on the next working
day following receipt of your order (subject to availability).
Orders for free hand delivery will get delivered during our local
delivery
rounds
which are
scheduled on a week by week basis. Please state your preferred
delivery day/time when making your order and we will try to accommodate
this in our delivery.
At the moment, we are only able to ship to mainland Britain.
Returns
We endeavour to provide you with the best products and services,
and we believe you will be pleased with the items that you purchase
from Life Zest. However for whatever reason you wish to return
them, you can do so as long as you notify us within 7 days following
the date that you receive the goods.
We will give you a full refund of the value of the products
within 30 days as long as the items returned are in the same
condition as they were in at the time of delivery to you. We
regret that we can not refund or replace for any product that
is opened and used unless the item is faulty.
Return Procedure
1 You notify us in writing that you wish to return the products
2. We send you a Return Form
3. You fill in the Return Form and send it together with the
returned items to:

(*The postage of the returned items are payable by you). For
customers in the free hand delivery areas, the product may be
picked up directly from your home. Call us on 07710 780479 to
arrange a collection time.
4. Once we receive both the completed Return Form and the returned
items, we will issue you a full refund of the value of the products
within 30 days.
