Can I cancel an order?
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours of you placing your order. If you
would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible and we
will notify you whether or not this will be possible; your order may already
have been shipped.

Are organic beauty products hypo-allergenic?
Most people with sensitive skin have less reactions from organic products
because they do not contain common sensitisers such as articifial fragrance
or colour.
However natural ingredients, particularly essential oils, can trigger a reaction
in some people. If in doubt, please contact us on 07710780479 or through our

Are my credit card and personal details safe?
Your credit card details are processed by PayPal, a specialist card processing
company, regulated by the FSA, using state of the art security systems. We
never get to see your credit card details and
they are not stored anywhere on our own system so you couldn't be better protected.
Your personal details, eg address, email etc, are kept safely on our system
for our own records so we can process your orders and keep you up to date with
offers and news. We never ever ever pass your details on to any third parties
except when we need to to fulfil your order.
Can I pay by cheque if I so wish?
Yes of course! Simply send us a message through our contact page listing the
items and quantities you would like to order. We will email back an invoice
which you can print and send together with your cheque to Life Zest Ltd, 59
Grove Lane, London SE5 8SP.
Do you ensure that packaging is undertaken in an environmentally sound way?
We are concerned about the environment, and adopt policies
that minimise the impact of our business upon the world around us. That is
one of the reasons why we have a local hand delivery service. We deliver to
SE5, SE22, SE15, SE17 & SE24 free of charge. Much less packaging is required
for hand deliveries, which minimises our use of packaging materials.
As far as possible
we recycle the packaging that we receive from our suppliers when
sending
out our parcels. Sometimes you'll receive your goods in a cardboard box that
is being reused. All packaging that cannot be reused is recycled.
